Helpful hints:  When you do a STONE search, you will get jewelry items that are for sale with that stone setting (one-of-a-kind) and ALSO THAT CAN BE MADE with that stone (if description says "can be duplicated")--your choice of stone (available pictured or not pictured) (and in rings, choose SIZE too) must be selected from the CHART on DETAILS page.  Allow three days for manufacture of piece IF desciption says to "select stone from chart" and/or "select ring size".  Otherwise, if description says one-of-a-kind, item(s) can be shipped immediately.
